How can I submit a show to be considered for listing on Eardrum NYC?

Simply go to our Submit Show page, and follow the directions there. We'll need to approve the show before it appears on our site.

How can I add an artist or edit information about an artist?

Our artist descriptions, images, tags, and similar artists are all drawn from Last.fm. To edit an existing artist, simply log in to Last.fm, search for the artist, then edit the page. To add an artist to Last.fm, you'll need to "scrobble" the artist's music (basically, just listen to it after you've downloaded the Last.fm Scrobbler). This will cause Last.fm to automatically create a page for the artist, and you can then edit it as you like.

Please note that the artist's name in Last.fm should match the artist's name on our site. We update our Last.fm information every two days, so changes you make in Last.fm will take, at the most, two days to show up on our site. Or, if you'd like it to show up sooner, feel free to contact us, and we can update it immediately.

I'm a publicist or in a band. Can I send you a CD?

Generally we don't accept physical promos. If you have something special that you'd like to send via snail mail, get in touch with us. We prefer that you send us links to your music online (Myspace, Bandcamp, digital downloads, etc). Please do not send us mp3s in e-mail attachments—just links!
