Japanther is a band from Brooklyn, New York, United States formed in 2001 by two students at Pratt Institute. The band consists of Ian Vanek-who plays drums, cassettes, and sings-and Matt Reilly-who plays bass, a Casio SK-1, and also sings. They have recorded with Plan-It-X Records, Tapes Records, Wäntage USA and the Menlo Park label. Japanther has been featured in Vice, The New York Times, Gothamist, Dallas Observer, Razorcake, and New York magazine among others. In the first two years of the band, they toured nine times.

In April 2006, Japanther teamed up with Aquadoom, a synchronized swimming group at New York University to play the Dangerous When Wet event at the school's Palladium Pool. On July 2, 2006, Japanther played under a plastic tarp in the rain at CitySol, an annual summer music and market series on Manhattan's East River waterfront (Stuyvesant Cove Park) to raise awareness for environmental issues.

Cerebral Ballzy is a punk band from Brooklyn, New York, United States The band was formed in 2008and released their debut, self titled, album on 26 July 2011.The album was released in full as an online preview on the Revolver Magazine website.

Cerebral Ballzy are known for their love of 80s punk, along with a keen interest in drinking, girls, pizza and skateboarding. The band has received praise for their debut single Insufficient Fare and their energetic live performances. According to the lead singer, Honor Titus, the name Cerebral Ballzy came from a friend who dropped a slice of pizza on a train track and picked it up. Honor said "That was ballsy" and his friend replied "Cerebral Ballsy!".

FILTHY SAVAGE a punk band originally from bronx NY starting in 2009 with members Rudy Savage(Vocals) , Geo(Guitar,Vocals), Vanesa A.(Drums) , Frank schiro(Guitar) . A combination of grime hardcore with an apealing Sound of Punk Rock. They are moving in and playing at any show you give them. Although this band has only played for eight months they have played with Brooklyns finest, Japanther, Cerebral Balzy ,TheDeathSet, Wild babies, and a band from Toronto Boys who say no, And played In venues like, Party expo, Mercury Lounge, Public Asembaly Bushwick music studios and even Fordam University in the bronx.
