Eidetic Seeing are serious about psyching you out. Eidetic Seeing is a record that draws you near with its opening spacey drone and sucks you into a vortex, blowing some serious mind chunks in the process, leaving the mind and the body discombobulated on separate planes... Eidetic Seeing don't fuck around; the record was recorded live in one take, so there is no studio trickery involved... reminiscent of Sabbath's first record abounds throughout; this is heavy stuff, not for the weak at heart... Eidetic Seeing is not meant to be taken song for song, but to be listened to from beginning to end. Strap in, psych out, and leave no mind behind!

Empty Shapes
The Empty Shapes practice in Claymont, DE but the members hail from Maryland, DE & PA. The line up is ever shifting but the current line up consists of Jack on Guitar, Mo on vocals, African Bell & Keys, Jamie on bass & Dan on prepared guitar.
The Empty Shapes are the self appointed "Official Martin Luther King Jr. Blues Band." They channel both the raw early 20th century blues of the deep American South, and the full on drone/noise of New Zealand's South Island & their X-Pressway kin. It is what Empty Shapes like to call a Dead C style Blues. Imagine if you will, Mississippi Fred McDowell & Michael Morley getting together to jam out. That is exactly the sound that the Empty SHapes strive for.
