Notekillers
Notekillers existed way beyond the fringe during the halcyon no wave era of 77/81. Hitching up from Philly they played a few critical gigs in NYC, most notably on a bill with the then scorching Glen Branca ensemble. Their signature was instrumental guitar hyper-core, charged and super shifting.

Sannhet
Started in 2007 by Christopher Todd and John Refano as an experimental recording project, Sannhet recorded their first full length "Different Words / Different Meanings" during 2007 and self-released the album in early 2008. Originally created in bedrooms between Brooklyn and Philadelphia, Sannhet decided to recreate the recordings in a live setting during late 2008.
In 2010, after a brief hiatus, Sannhet regrouped, evolving from the strong electronic/laptop influence of their early material into a more raw, organic two-piece guitar and drums live band relying heavily upon looper pedals, field recordings and tube amplification to create a fierce wall of droning, heavy, noisy, epic "instru-metal".
In mid 2011, Sannhet recorded and released a three song self titled EP showcasing new material.
In Fall 2011, Sannhet added AJ Annunziata on bass guitar.
Sannhet is currently in the midst of performing live and writing their second full length album.

LUSHES
LUSHES are a Brooklyn-based 2-piece that make hi-fi mood pieces with styles that change from song to song. Their music can be distinguished by guitarist/synth-man James Ardery's off-kilter vocals, the use of unusual samples (with drummer Joel Daniel Myers' SPD-S sampling pad), live looping, and an aesthetic that alternates between sparse and immersively lush.
They formed in 2010 after a falling out with another band member prompted them to regroup as a new band. They teamed up with friend and fellow musician Bachelorette (aka Annabel Alpers) to record their first album, What Am I Doing, release date TBD, with styles ranging from minimalist to krautrock to sludge metal, always with an eye for mapping out new moods with each track. Alpers produced the album, and engineer Adam Cooke, whose previous album work includes albums by Beach House and Double Dagger, mixed the album, and the whole thing was finished on a very low budget with the help of friends in the scene.
While LUSHES are arranging details to release their first album, they are hard at work writing material for their second album.
