Real Estate is a band from Ridgewood, New Jersey, United States, now based in Brooklyn, N.Y. The band has roots in the Garden State and they're led by singer/guitarist Martin Courtney and feature guitarist Matthew Mondanile (the latter known to some for his work in Ducktails, Predator Vision, and The Parasails) as well as Alex Bleeker (side project: Alex Bleeker And The Freaks) on bass and Etienne Duguay (also of Predator Vision) on the drums. In 2011 Jackson Pollis replaced Etienne on drums and Jonah Maurer joined the band on keys and guitar.

Black Dice are an group based in Brooklyn. They formed in Providence, Rhode Island, United States in 1997, comprising members Bjorn Copeland (guitar), Hisham Bharoocha (drums) (following a short drumming stint by Lightning Bolt's Brian Chippendale), Sebastian Blanck (bass) and Eric Copeland (vocals). After the band relocated to City, Sebastian Blanck left and was replaced by Aaron Warren. Hisham Bharoocha had previously sung for Lightning Bolt and is currently working on other projects, but he left the band too and is now working as a solo musician Soft Circle.

Black Dice have considerably changed their sound since their inception, moving from a noisy, thrashy style to their current, trippy, more music. They Released 'Broken Ear Record' on James Murphy (Of LCD Soundsystem) and Tim Goldsmith's label. In May 2007 they released a 12" on Paw Tracks and they have released 'Load Blown' in October 2007 on the same label.

Known as energetic and wild live performers, in this moment one of the most perspective bands in their country, honestly addored by local rock-press and audience. Their debut CD album "The Babies" (Dancing Bear Records, 2003) is finally out ! In this moment, the band is on their promotional tour...
