Every Time I Die
Every Time I Die is a five-piece metalcore band from Buffalo, New York, founded in the winter of 1998. Though popularly classified as hardcore, Every Time I Die's sound also contains strong elements of metalcore, southern rock and mathcore. Beginning with a noisy, chaotic hardcore sound, subsequent releases increasingly added fat grooves and twin leads to the mix, with each album treading different ground. They are also acclaimed for Keith Buckley's intelligent and often cryptic lyrics. The band have just released their sixth full-length "Ex Lives", on Epitaph.
Discography:
1999 - The Burial Plot Bidding War (EP)
2001 - Last Night in Town
2003 - Hot Damn!
2005 - Gutter Phenomenon
2007 - The Big Dirty
2009 - New Junk Aesthetic
2012 - Ex Lives
They have toured in support of a variety of bands, such as Bleeding Through and Between the Buried and Me in 2006, as well as Atreyu on the World Championship Tour (which also featured From First to Last and Chiodos). They were also featured on Sounds of the Underground 2007 alongside GWAR, Shadows Fall, Job for a Cowboy, Chimaira, Darkest Hour, The Devil Wears Prada, Amon Amarth, Heavy Heavy Low Low, and many more. Terror
Many bands with the same name:
1) Terror, a metallic hardcore band from Los Angeles, California. The band formed in early 2002.
Though the group consider themselves a "hardcore" band, guitarist Doug Weber says Terror, "sounds like all of the old metal bands I used to listen to. It's just not crazy Swedish metal or something, it sounds like old thrash."
Terror has been very successful in their time as a band. Their album One with the Underdogs sold over 40,000 copies. They have also been on tours throughout Europe, Australia, Brazil and Japan. Their newest album, Always the Hard Way reached #10 on Billboard's Heatseekers and #19 on Top Independent Records.
Before Terror, vocalist Scott Vogel was known for singing for mid-90s Buffalo bands Slugfest, Despair and Buried Alive. Vogel is widely known in the scene not just for his tireless efforts to keep hardcore pure and fun, but also for his tendency for bizarre or hilarious on-stage banter, known colloquially as "Vogel-isms". Examples include "We need to elevate the maximum stagedive potential", and "Maximum Ouput....activate the pit!".
2) Terror was a project band formed in 1994. [Read more]

2) Terror was a project band formed in 1994.
Fulfilling some kind of Gothenburg headbanger fantasy, this was basically Erlandsson, the Björler twins from At The Gates, and dearly-departed Dissection frontman Jon Nödtveidt doing a tight-as-hell take on catchy Terrorizer-style death metal/grind. Nödtveidt's vocals are especially cool, with occasional effects and a lower-range delivery of his trademark ghastly approach. With a total running time of exactly five minutes, the songs are called 'Radiation', 'Destruction', and 'Terror'-what more do you need to know?
The songs are available for downloading OFFICIALLY on the Internet ;).
3) Follow-up to thrash band EVILDEAD, with ONLY Spanish lyrics. One album in 1997. It Featured Juan Garcia - guitar(Agent Steel, Abattoir(USA), Karlos Medina - bass & vocals(Agent Steel), Eddie Livingston - drums(Armored Saint, Tactics, 2minutehate, Play chaos, Defenders, Cowboys From Hell, Veruca Salt, Jimmy Bain), and Danny Flores Guitars.
4) Another thrash metal band, from Cleveland, which was formed in 1987, but the band didn't release anything but a bunch of demos.
5) '80s Norwegian Hardcore band with tracks on the Ingenting for Norge comp.
There has been quite a few other bands who have went under the name Terror but these are the most 'well' known bands.
Terror is also a Memphis underground gangsta rapper, his only tape being 'It's Whateva' produced by Blackout in 94-95.

Former Thieves
Former Thieves have been a band characterized by their hard work and grueling tour regimens in their seemingly short life span. But this changed with their signing to No Sleep Records. Coming from the barren and simple fields of Iowa, Former Thieves have created a record that personifies the feelings and emotions of coming from nothing and fighting the entire way to what they have created.
Their first release was 'The Great and the Alleged Great'. Originally a free demo, they released this officially with the help of Mayfly Records. The release that followed was called 'The Language That We Speak', which takes the listener through a thorough commentary on the frustration of Midwestern life. Articulate, sharp, and sincerely pissed. Recorded December 1st through 10th 2010 at The Red Room in Seattle, WA with Chris Common (Mastodon, The Sword) at the helm, No Sleep Records released 'The Language That We Speak' on Tuesday April 19th 2011 on CD, vinyl, and digital formats.
