THE ENTHUSIASTS are an up and coming rock 'n' roll trio from a tiny town just north of New York City. Their sound is one that has been breastfed on the likes of Memphis and Detroit garage punkers; the Gories, the Oblivians, and the MC5 but to name a few. There ain't much for these raucous rock 'n' roll teens to do in the 'burbs, besides cruse around, get fucked up, spin rock 'n' roll nuggets, and piss off the neighbors at band practice. They've been playing crappy basement shows around their small town for years, with their eyes firmly set on taking over the city. They got fuzzed out amps, cheap cigarettes and city dreams...
