Here's a video from Ray Concepcion of The Beets doing the The Beatles at Shea Stadium as part of the OK Prom back in August. The video includes their renditions of "Taxman" and "I Should Have Known Better," both of which work well with The Beets' garage pop sound.
This doesn't quite approach the real Beatles in the real Shea Stadium, but The Beets will get a little closer to that level when they open for Pavement in Central Park on September 24. They are also playing Todd P and Showpaper's Unamplified Acoustic BBQ on September 12.
