On Saturday we lined up with tons of other people to see Celebrate Brooklyn's terrific free show featuring Talk Normal, Grass Widow and Sonic Youth in Prospect Park.

The opening announcers mentioned that they asked Sonic Youth who should open for them, and their the band's choices were appropriate. Both Talk Normal and Grass Widow are musical descendants of Sonic Youth in their own unique way.
