Liturgy at the Knitting Factory

An eager and full crowd packed into the Knitting Factory last night to see Brooklyn's "transcendental black metal" band Liturgy and help them celebrate the release of their stellar new album, Aesthethica. Sightings ignited the heavier half of the night, setting the mood for Liturgy's intense set, while Matteah Baim and David First's SWATi (who we missed) started things off on a less aggressive note.

If you haven't had a chance to check out Liturgy and Aesthethica yet, we recommend that you get on that ASAP, whether your a seasoned metal fan or not.
