Here's a demo version of "Baptism" by Soft Landing, which features Paul Collins and Perrin Cloutier of Beirut, as well as Mike Lawless. They've got a debut record coming out soon and will likely be playing around the city often in the future.
Friday night they are at the Cake Shop with I'm In You, Cookies, and Second Life.
